Travelize Pty Ltd trading as Mystic Tours is a tour supplier and booking agent which assists clients to make bookings for its products as published on this website or other travel products with a third party travel service provider. In such case Mystic Tours only acts as an agent for the Third Party Service Provider.
Mystic Tours will be referred to as “Mystic Tours”, “We” and “Us” and Third Party Service Provider will be referred to as “Vendor” and “Supplier” throughout this document.
“Mystic Tours Products” are referred to products which are published on this website or designed by Mystic Tours as tailored tour programs and “Other Products” are referred to other vendors’ products which can be booked by Mystic Tours.
By making a booking you agree that you have read and understood our terms and conditions as well as vendors’ terms and conditions.
Mystic Tours is liable to provide travel services as published and described on its website to clients who book these products. As an agent for other vendors, we are not liable to you for breach of obligations by the vendors in providing you with other travel product.
Mystic Tours Products
Mystic Tours prices are based on current (as of 20 June 2019) currency rates, local taxes and surcharges. In case of any change in these parameters, Mystic Tours holds the right to reflect the new rates to the product prices. Should the price increase exceed 10% of the initial value, clients would have a choice to request a full refund of the product value within 7 days from receiving the notification. Mystic Tours would not be able to waive cancellation fees for other vendors’ products such as airfares or side-trips to other countries.
All prices quoted by us are based on the information available to us at the time of quoting but are subject to availability and may change or withdraw by vendors at any time without notice.
Mystic Tours Products
A deposit of $500 per person or 10% of product value (whichever amount is greater) will be required to be paid within 5 days of tour confirmation and the balance payments will be due 60 days prior to the first service commencing date.
All other suppliers’ products and air ticket payments are subject to vendors’ payment policy.
Cash payments can be made at the office before 3.30 pm on business days. (Office visits by appointment only)

Please ensure that Mystic Tours will receive the fund by due date if you wish to make your payment by direct deposit as it can take up to 48 hours for the fund transfer to take place.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments are accepted through our secure online payment system, over the phone or in person.
Credit card payments made by regular MasterCard and Visa will incur a 1.2% surcharge and a 1.95% surcharge is applicable for Premium Visa & MasterCard credit cards (e.g. Gold, Platinum, Black or Reward Cards) as well as American Express card payments.
Mystic Tours requires a completed Credit Card Authorisation form to be submitted to the agency before releasing the clients’ documents if the credit card payment is made over the phone.
International/Overseas credit card payments are subject to 3% surcharge.
Due to clearance period and time limitation for travel arrangement payments, cheques are not accepted.
By making a payment towards your travel product(s) you agree that all the booking details noted on your booking advice are correct including passengers’ names (as per passport) and traveling dates/times.
Any amendment in travellers’ names, travelling dates, etc. is subject to vendors’ regulations and fees as well as Mystic Tours’ amendment fees.
Please advise your consultant if you require any special service, have a special dietary requirement or any airlines loyalty program membership as well as your seating preference on flights.
All indicated hotel names in tour itineraries are subject to change to a similar or higher-category property due to availability.
All changes and cancellations made to travel products must be submitted to Mystic Tours in writing.
Mystic Tours Products
An amendment fee of $55 is charged to change a tour booking date or transfer it to another passenger. Changes can only be made up to 45 days prior to tour commencing date. After this time a tour booking can only be cancelled and re-booked subject to below cancellation fees.
Up to 60 days prior to tour commencing date: Loss of deposit
60 to 21 days prior to tour commencing date: 60% of the tour cost
After 21 days prior to tour commencing date: 100% of the tour cost
Some tours booked on early bird or special deals might have different cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking advice for details.
Any amendment in travel products and air tickets are subject to vendors’ amendment/cancellation policy and charges.
An amendment/cancellation process fee of $55 per product/transaction is applicable by Mystic Tours in addition to vendors’ amendment/cancellation fees.
Amendment/cancellation policy notes associated with any products in your booking advice will override above amendment/cancellation terms & conditions.
Refund requests can only be submitted to vendors after receiving the clients’ written cancellation/refund notice.
Refund processing time is subject to vendors’ policy. It usually takes between 6-8 weeks for the airlines to process the refund request.
Mystic Tours will retain the initial commission made from all travel products in case of any refund request.
Credit card payment surcharges are non-refundable.
Passport & Visa
It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport, visas and meet the entry/re-entry requirements for each of their destination countries.
Most countries require at least 6 months validity from date of entry and two blank pages on passengers’ passports.
Clients must ensure that they meet the health requirements for their trip.
Mystic Tours recommends that passengers consult with their doctor and/or a vaccination centre prior to their trip.
Travel Insurance is essential. It’s the clients’ responsibility to take appropriate travel insurance covering all their travel arrangements.
Please ask your consultant if you wish to receive a travel insurance quote.
