“My tour of Iran exceeded all my expectations. The architecture of mosques and shrines was stunning and their tile and mirror mosaic interiors left me lost for words -I never expected to see such beauty. There was something magical in each city we visited. Our guides, particularly Ali, spoke very good English, were very knowledgeable, and took great care of us.Leaving on 16 April, meant we were there for the best of the spring flowers, particularly roses. However, the most delightful surprise was the people - so welcoming, generous and helpful. I felt totally safe at all times, even at night walking back alone to the hotel from the bazaar. The roads throughout the country were excellent. A lot more hotels are needed to cope with increasing tourist numbers and they will need to be of a higher standard.”
